At any one time there are a number of improvement projects underway within the DHB, many of which impact on the interface between primary and secondary care; representatives from all sectors are involved in the project teams.

At any one time there are a number of improvement projects underway within the DHB, many of which impact on the interface between primary and secondary care; representatives from all sectors are involved in the project teams. We are aware however that many of you cannot commit to a project team but may have relevant knowledge/ideas to share.

At the top of the Bay Navigator home page we have created the ‘Get Involved’ tab. Listed here are key project titles; click on the title to take you to a short summary of the aims of the project and the project leader.
