There is an opportunity to take part in training organised by the Advance Care Planning Cooperative in 2016. This training is without doubt the best communications training that I have ever undertaken. I would highly recommend it to any clinician – it will have a far greater impact on your practice than attending a conference.

There is potentially some funding available to support clinicians to attend. This is through the Bay of Plenty’s Future Care Planning project and is being facilitated by DHB Planning and Funding. Interested people should contact Anna Thurnell for more details.
