There are no more BCG vaccines available in NZ until at least next year due to a worldwide shortage of the BCG vaccine.

There are no more BCG vaccines available in NZ until at least next year due to a worldwide shortage of the BCG vaccine. All Bay of Plenty BCG clinics have been stopped. We are now unable to refer babies or children to our Public Health team for BCG vaccination until further notice.
