The community nursing project is looking for a GP to get involved with the development of the new community nursing service.

The community nursing project is looking for a GP to get involved with the development of the new community nursing service. The particular work stream on this occasion is Complex Chronic Care. Details can be found here.

It is vital that a general practitioner perspective is available to help develop this service and so any expressions of interest would be appreciated. The GP will be remunerated for their involvement.
