Introducing Kylie Gilmore - General and Obstetric Physician 13 Jan 2017

I have started working at Tauranga Hospital this month as a general and obstetric physician after recently completing my training at Auckland City Hospital.

Part of my role will involve acute medicine working in our Admissions and Planning Unit (APU) and Emergency Department. I intend to set up a general obstetric medicine clinic in the New Year and will also work in our diabetes in pregnancy clinic. 

I welcome GP referrals of pregnant women with medical disorders or women with pre-existing medical problems for pre-pregnancy counselling.

Outside of medicine I like to spend time with my husband and toddler exploring the Bay of Plenty.
