BOPDHB have updated the process for the receipt and management of BPAC fracture clinic referrals, which means eReferrals to the fracture clinic will now be graded within 24 hours and have appointments booked within 48 hours at the latest.

BOPDHB have updated the process for the receipt and management of BPAC fracture clinic referrals, which means eReferrals to the fracture clinic will now be graded within 24 hours and have appointments booked within 48 hours at the latest.

Therefore, faxed referrals to the Orthopaedic Outpatient Department (OOPD) will no longer be accepted.

To refer electronically, select ‘Orthopaedic’ from the list of referrers on BPAC and mark the referral as ‘Fracture clinic referral’.
