Based on the feedback to the BOPDHB from many General Practice staff across the Bay, we are pleased to announce that a project is underway to replace paper clinic letters with electronic versions.

Based on the feedback to the BOPDHB from many General Practice staff across the Bay, we are pleased to announce that a project is underway to replace paper clinic letters with electronic versions.

Project completion is anticipated to be towards the end of this year. Whilst there will be time savings in the reduction of postage and subsequent scanning in General Practice, it should be noted that the timeframe for letter generation and authorization will not change at this stage.

This project is endorsed by the BOP Information Systems (BOPIS) group.
