In April 2014 two new pathways were released in the Midland Region to assist with the diagnosis and management of non-complex dementia.
The aim of having these pathways in place is to assist with diagnosing and managing dementia and to provide easy access to relevant information and tools. It is important to ensure that the content of the pathways are reviewed and evaluated on a regular basis.
As part of the evaluation process we would like to understand the level of confidence people have when using the pathways. We would like to repeat the surveys that were conducted in 2015 and 2016 to allow us to compare the confidence levels as they were then with the level of confidence now.
The survey can be completed online and should only take 10 minutes to complete. It also offers the opportunity for comment and feedback on the pathways. We would really appreciate it if you and those working in your practice would complete the survey whether you access the pathways or not.
The survey is being run until Thursday 31st May 2018.
