Non Medtech32 users are experiencing difficulty converting the RSD code to a PDF therefore are unable to attach a DHB letter to a BPAC referral.

Non Medtech32 users are experiencing difficulty converting the RSD code to a PDF therefore are unable to attach a DHB letter to a BPAC referral. The incoming BOPDHB document is able to be processed to their PMS. Non Medtech users need to check their PMS functionality settings to accept a PDF or convert to a PDF and this should resolve the problem.
