There is no longer a need to attach DHB clinic letters to electronic referrals.

There is no longer a need to attach DHB clinic letters to electronic referrals. If you want to reference an existing clinic letter in your referral, simply state the service the letter is from, the date of the letter and the author. It can then be found on CHIP by the specialist.
