The dermatology referral form and the dermatology ‘medical advice only’ referral form have been merged.

The dermatology referral form and the dermatology ‘medical advice only’ referral form have been merged.
 
The new service is named “BOPDHB – Public Skin Centre Dermatology - Medical & Advice”. This is for all medical dermatology referrals.
 
Referrals will be reviewed by a dermatologist and either advice will be provided via a response through the BPAC eReferral system, or the patient will be booked into a clinic appointment.  All referrals should include a photo.
 
Advice will normally be received within eight days of the referral.
