Due to an IT issue, there have been two cases of old documents from BOP DHB being electronically re-sent to local GPs some years after they were originally released.

Due to an IT issue, there have been two cases of old documents from BOP DHB being electronically re-sent to local GPs some years after they were originally released.

It is thought to be related to the linking of the CHIP system to the new Midland Clinical Portal.

Please can you check the dates of all correspondence you receive from BOP DHB for the time being to ensure it is contemporaneous. Please let us know if you receive any historic documentation by emailing us at baynav@bopdhb.govt.nz.
