The GP Liaison team have been notified of a case of an old document from BOPDHB being electronically re-sent to a local GP some years after it was originally released.

The IT service desk has been asked to look into the matter urgently. In the meantime, please can you check the dates of all correspondence you receive from BOPDHB for the time being to ensure it is contemporaneous.
