Failure to read and convey information in histology report
Health and Disability Commissioner, Anthony Hill, today released a report finding a GP in breach of the Code of Health and Disability Services Consumers’ Rights (the Code) for failing to take reasonable care and skill in reading a man’s histology report, and for failing to inform him of the results.
