Name Changes to Some e-Referrals 16 Nov 2016

In order to achieve greater consistency with regard to the names of our eReferrals the following changes are being made:

In order to achieve greater consistency with regard to the names of our eReferrals the following changes are being made:

• Sleep study referrals now go to:
  • BOPDHB – Public              Medical                Respiratory – sleep study / sleep apnoea

• Carpal tunnel referrals go to:
  • BOPDHB – Public              Surgical               Orthopaedics – Carpal tunnel syndrome

• Chest pain clinic referrals go to:
  • BOPDHB – Public              Medical                Cardiology – Chest pain clinic

All three forms will appear in the picking list if any of the terms within the name are typed in the search box. If you are unsure as to whether a specific referral form exists then simply type the name of the service e.g. orthopaedics, and all of the options will display.
