Diabetes Help Tauranga have a number of services available, to include a Diabetes Nurse Educator service. Our free services are available throughout the Western Bay of Plenty.  We provide information, advice and support for:

  • People newly diagnosed or living with type one, type two or pre-diabetes, plus support for family/whanau 
  • Home visits, resources and support meetings available
  • Diabetes Nurse Educator Clinic available at Hairini Family Health Centre, Tuesdays only and by appointment only
  • Public seminars, educational talks and clinical training
  • Newly diagnosed type one families 
  • Children/youth and young adults
