Waipuna Hospice have updated their referral forms and criteria. You can now refer patients directly from either Medtech or MyPractice to Waipuna Hospice, using the Healthlink icon.

Waipuna Hospice has also implemented a Palliative Care Clinical Nurse Specialist (CNS) role to help inform referrers and implement a timely response to referrals.
