Inspiring international speaker, Dr Ian Sturgess will next week hold sessions at both Tauranga and Whakatane Hospitals, and you are invited:

• Tauranga on Tuesday 4 July at Grand Round, 12.30pm to 1.30pm, Library Conference Room
• Whakatane on Wednesday 5 July, 12pm to 1pm, Clinical School

Whether you work in Emergency Care or not, you will find that Dr Ian Sturgess is:

• an inspiring speaker who knows his stuff
• familiar with our DHB
• familiar with the New Zealand public health system, having worked as a clinician and improvement advisor for Canterbury and Capital and Coast DHBs
• an international clinical expert in the field of improving Emergency Care.

Ian was for many years a clinical leader in the UK’s Emergency Care Improvement Programme, and has partnered with more than 140 hospitals across Australia, New Zealand and the UK working closely with local teams seeking to enhance their Emergency Care.
