Though there have been challenging times over the past 12 months, the consistent themes for me have been the passion and compassion that our teams bring to their work on a daily basis. This is evident to those we care for and impacts them tremendously. It is what our patients speak of first when talking about their experience with us with friends and loved ones, after they return home. On another level this passion and compassion manifests itself in a continual drive for improvement in the healthcare we provide, with our communities wellbeing as the focus.
