Occasionally, General Practitioners will receive a request for information about children who are having a Gateway Assessment.

Occasionally, General Practitioners will receive a request for information about children who are having a Gateway Assessment. Gateway Assessments include a comprehensive health and education assessment.  It is a collaboration of Ministry of Health (MOH), BOPDHB, Ministry for Vulnerable Children, Oranga Tamariki (MVCOT), Ministry of Education (MOE) and Non-Government Organisation’s (NGO’s).
