Level 1a Advance Care Plan Training Workshop

Advance Care Planning (ACP) is the process of thinking about, talking about and planning for future health care.

Advance Care Planning (ACP) is the process of thinking about, talking about and planning for future health care. Level 1a ACP Training scheduled for the 17th May 2021, comprises of Learning Modules which help health care workers understand and explain the process and benefits of Advance Care Planning, having the conversation and the legal basis on which it sits.

This training is for all health professionals who are involved and interested in ACP delivery or implementation. It is designed to provide an in-depth understanding of what ACP is and how it can be incorporated into healthcare.

It is recommended in preparation for the training, registered persons complete the online ACP Level One E-Learning Modules.  Professional Development hours are allocated for module completion.  https://acp.elearning.ac.nz/login/index.php
