Interim Process For Arranging Blood Transfusions In WBOP 1 Sep 2022

All blood transfusions in WBOP are now happening at the Cancer Centre.
 

A formal process to request blood transfusions via a new BPAC eReferral is in progress. Until that is complete, please fax the attached form to the Cancer Centre on 075714924.
 
After the form has been faxed, please confirm that it has been received by either telephoning or emailing the Cancer Centre:
