The paediatric team have been trialing a new format for their clinic letters.

The paediatric team have been trialing a new format for their clinic letters. This is to have the following headings right at the start – Problems/Issues, Growth Parameters, Medications, Plan/Outcome. This is then followed by more detailed prose. They are looking for feedback about this from us.
