Let’s celebrate and appreciate the medical workforce in the BOPDHB across primary and secondary care! This year we are planning an inaugural BOP Clinician Appreciation Awards Evening in late November/ early December. We think that there are so many examples of people demonstrating brilliant clinical skills and superb patient care as well as fostering strong professional relationships. And we want to acknowledge the great and the good!
The unique aspect of these particular awards is that those working in Primary Care will only be allowed to nominate Secondary Care clinicians and vice versa. This gives us a fantastic excuse to meet together on the evening and get to know each other a little more. There will be two separate events held in Whakatane and Tauranga.
There are 5 categories open for nomination for each group encompassing the DHB’s C.A.R.E values – Compassion, All-One-Team, Responsive and Excellence.
